Start here; then keep taking as many classes as you need! Our Beginner Boxing class will be composed of simple partner drills on focus mitts including learning your numbers, defensive moves and footwork. Even if you've been boxing for a while, this class is great to fine-tune mechanics and get lots of reps in. *Must be 18+

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 2hrs will lose their class credit/fee. No-show will lose their class credit/fee and be charged $25.
